Subprocessors

ProspectingView engages the third-party service providers listed below to help operate the service. Each one is bound by contract to process customer data only to provide its service to us, to protect it to a standard no less protective than our own commitments, and not to use it for its own purposes. We remain responsible for their performance.
Customer data is processed in the United States. This page is the current list, and we update it before a new subprocessor begins processing customer data, as committed in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Artificial intelligence
These providers process only the content needed to fulfill a specific request, and customer content is not used to train third-party foundation models. Depending on the feature, the content sent can include call transcripts, notes, email content, CRM record fields, text from documents you upload, and, when you import a spreadsheet, its sheet names, column headers and a few sample cell values. AI requests routed through OpenRouter run under a zero-data-retention routing policy, which restricts processing to inference providers contractually committed to retaining no customer data. The providers eligible to serve those requests are: AkashML, Amazon Bedrock, Azure, BaseTen, CoreWeave, Crusoe, Decart, DeepInfra, DigitalOcean, Fireworks, Google, Inceptron, Ionstream, Mancer 2, ModelRun, Moonshot AI, Morph, Nebius, Novita, Parasail, Phala, Sail Research, SiliconFlow, Together, Venice, Wafer, Z.AI and xAI. OpenRouter selects among them per request, so this set changes as providers are added or removed.
Anthropic, Google and OpenAI are also used directly, under their data-processing terms: none of them uses customer content to train its models, and OpenAI operates under a confirmed zero-data-retention agreement. Text embeddings for search are computed on our own infrastructure, so no third-party AI provider sees that text.
Changes to this list
We publish additions to this list before the new provider begins processing customer data, and we notify affected customers by email and in-application notice when a change is material — including any change affecting connected Gmail or Microsoft Outlook data.
