The prospecting workspace for commercial real estate
ProspectingView is a customer relationship management (CRM) and prospecting platform built for commercial real estate brokers, investors, and their teams. It keeps properties, owners, tenants, companies, deals, and leases in one place, and gives you the tools to actually work that list: a built-in dialer, connected email, generated documents, and electronic signature.
ProspectingView is operated by ProspectingView LLC (in formation), a United States company. Customer data and processing stay with United States infrastructure providers.
Your properties, owners, and deals in one connected record set
Most prospecting work falls apart because the property list, the owner list, and the deal list live in three different files. ProspectingView models them as one connected set of records. A property knows its owners and occupants. A contact knows the companies they are tied to and every deal they touch. A lease knows its property and its tenant.
You work the data in configurable grid views — pick your columns, filter, sort, save the layout, and come back to it tomorrow. Detail pages show the full history for a single record: every call, note, email, task, and field change, in order.
Bring your existing lists
Import spreadsheets and CSV exports from the tools and data providers you already use. ProspectingView profiles each file, proposes how its columns map onto properties, contacts, companies, deals, and leases, and lets you correct the mapping before anything is written. Addresses are normalized so the same building does not land in your database three times.
Pipelines that match how you work
Deal stages, lead statuses, and activity types are configurable rather than fixed, so the pipeline reflects your process instead of a vendor's. Tasks, assignments, and follow-ups keep work moving between the people on your team.
A dialer built for one broker at a time, not a call center
ProspectingView includes a single-line power dialer that runs in the browser. You build a call list from any view, start a session, and the dialer works the list one call at a time — no predictive dialing, no dropped calls, no overlapping conversations. Inbound calls to your numbers route to the same softphone.
Every call is written back to the record it came from, with disposition, notes, and duration. Calls may be recorded where you have enabled recording; when recording is on, the platform plays an audible disclosure at the start of the call, and recordings can be transcribed so you can search what was said. Text messaging is available to accounts that complete carrier registration for their own business.
You are responsible for how you use the dialer, including consent and calling-time rules in the places you call. Our Terms of Service set out those responsibilities, and our Privacy Policy explains how recordings and call data are handled.
Connect your email, and the timeline fills itself in
Each user can optionally connect a Gmail or Microsoft Outlook mailbox. Once connected, messages exchanged with people already in your database are matched to those contacts and appear on the contact and deal timelines, so the whole team can see where a conversation stands without forwarding threads around.
Connecting a mailbox is per user and always opt-in. You choose whether to connect at all, and you can disconnect at any time from your account settings, which revokes our access. What we access, why, how long we keep it, and how to delete it is described in detail in the Privacy Policy, including our commitment to the Google API Services User Data Policy Limited Use requirements.
Documents and signatures without leaving the record
Generate letters of intent, listing agreements, offer packages, and property one-pagers from templates that pull live values out of the record you are working — the address, the owner name, the deal terms — instead of retyping them. Documents are produced as PDFs and stored against the record.
Send a generated document out for electronic signature from the same screen. Signers receive a link, sign in their browser, and the executed copy comes back with a tamper-evident seal and an audit trail of who signed what and when.
Where artificial intelligence helps — and where it does not decide
ProspectingView uses AI models for a small number of clearly-labeled jobs: proposing column mappings when you import a file, summarizing long activity histories, drafting an email you then edit, suggesting field values extracted from documents you upload, and transcribing call recordings.
AI output is always a proposal. Suggested field values are shown for your review and are written only when you accept them, and drafted messages are yours to edit before sending. AI output can be wrong or incomplete and should not be relied on as legal, financial, or professional advice. The AI providers we use are listed on our Subprocessors page, and their role is described in the Privacy Policy.
